Located in Princeville Kauai on the North Shore. Our private home offers the comforts of home to our guests while paying attention to all the details that make your stay worry free. Our Guest House features 3 bedrooms able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The common area includes a large open living room/dining room area with a fully equipped kitchen for light meals. There is also an extra loft area with seating and space for games, reading or just relaxing! Two large lanais and access to a private 1.5 acre park complete the common areas. Master Suite

Our largest room, the Master Suite is perfect for guests that are looking for a private getaway. This suite features a bedroom with a queen size bed, walk in closet and private lanai. Tommy Bahama decor gives a tropical feel to the bedroom along with local artists paintings on the walls! The suite also includes a gorgeous private bathroom with a shower, his and her vanity sinks and a large walk in closet area. An outdoor shower overlooking the mountains is just outside the master suite!

Second Master Suite with Surf Twin Bedroom

Our front bedroom has a queen bed with a seashore decor, light and airy with Kauai trade winds coming through the large ocean facing windows. This room also has a desk, TV, large closets and shares a bath with the Surf Twin bedroom. Great setup for small families or 2 couples vacationing together! The bathroom has a tub/shower and access to the outdoor shower. The Surf twin bedroom is decorated with all surfing motif making for a truly Hawaiian shore feel! It also has a large window with great light and a large closet!

Policies & the Environment
HOUSEKEEPING
✤ We will provide daily maid service upon request for an extra $75 per day.
ADDITIONAL PEOPLE
✤ We will provide alternative sleeping arrangements upon request for an extra $25 per person.
PETS
✤ We do not allow pets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
BREAKFAST/KITCHEN USE
✤ A small breakfast consisting of assorted pastries, cereals and fruits will be provided daily.
✤ Coffee, tea & other beverages and snacks will be available for use throughout the day.
✤ A shelf in the fridge will be set aside to store small items.
✤ Full use of the kitchen for meal preparation can be arranged upon request.
SMOKING
✤ For health, safety and comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
✤ Guests found smoking indoors will be asked to pay a clean-up fee of $200.

LAUNDRY
✤ Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. In an effort to conserve water and energy we suggest you take the following actions:
✤ Towels hung up and used more than once to conserve on energy.
✤ Use of the laundry room is available for stays longer than 3 nights.
WATER
✤ Filtered water is available along with reusable cups. Bottled water will not be provided.
